We are happy to act as principal contractor and are fully conversant with the requirements of the CDM regulations. Each client receives site specific method statements and risk assessments – backed up with a site completion package for their records.

Demolition materials have always been recycled – today it is a vital part of the equation. We are able to offer on site crushing of hard materials for use as secondary aggregate – saving the disturbance of multiple lorry movements and saving our clients money.

We also work closely with partners who produce quality certified fill from material supplied by us to their Kent based recycling facility. This is particularly useful for smaller volumes that may not be economic to crush on site.
